Claude Duet connectors — named apps and limits

Anthropic’s help center says Claude Duet can use connectors you’ve already set up in Claude — examples include Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Docusign, and Calendly — and you start every connection yourself. The launch article says Duet can use over 6,000 connectors and plugins in the Claude Marketplace. Slack works with limits; Microsoft 365 isn’t available yet. Unofficial directory; not affiliated with Anthropic.

What this page is

This is an unofficial map of Claude Duet connectors and partner paths that Anthropic names, with links to sourced cases on duetcases.com.

The list is only what the help center or the launch article names. The launch article’s “over 6,000 connectors and plugins” is Anthropic’s figure for the Claude Marketplace. This page does not inventory them.

How connections work

Anthropic’s help center says Claude Duet can use connectors you have already set up in Claude. You manage them in Claude settings. You start every connection yourself, and you can disconnect any app at any time.

Disconnecting stops new access. The help center says memory of past information is kept. Disconnecting does not wipe that memory.

Named in “Connect your apps”

The help article “Get started with Claude Duet” gives examples: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Docusign, and Calendly. That “such as” list is the help center’s. Airtable is not on it, and this page does not add Airtable or any other app.

Partner integrations in the help center

The same help article describes partner paths for Stripe, Link, and Shop Pay.

Stripe is named for invoices, and it is separate from Link. The invoice case covers a connected Stripe or QuickBooks account and draft reminder emails. It says not to treat the Stripe connector as Link or Shop Pay.

Link and Shop Pay are for purchases. The help center says you connect them in Claude Duet, not from the general connectors directory. Claude Duet is designed to ask before each purchase, and each purchase uses a one-time card that only works for that purchase.

Also named on the launch article

The launch article says Claude Duet can use over 6,000 connectors and plugins in the Claude Marketplace. That count is Anthropic’s. This page does not turn it into a catalog.

The same article names business workflows: Gusto payroll, a LinkedIn job post, a Canva campaign, a Shopify store, missed Gmail and Slack messages, QuickBooks or Stripe invoices, a Docusign agreement, and a HubSpot follow-up. Live cases for those names are in the table. Google Drive is named in the help center and has a case on this site.

Introducing Claude Duet

Limits

  • Slack is a named connector, and the launch article says Claude Duet can find missed Slack messages and help you reply. The help center says some connectors, such as Slack, work with limits in Claude Duet. Anthropic has not published a public inventory of those limits on the pages cited here.
  • Microsoft 365 isn’t available yet.
  • Claude Duet is a research preview. It is designed to show you what it is about to do and wait for your approval before it sends a message, makes a payment, signs a document, or deletes anything.

Partner posts on X

These posts are marketing from the accounts that published them. They are not Anthropic’s help-center inventory, and they do not add a name to the table above.

  • SlackHQ

Slack’s official account invited people to connect Slack so agents can help with unread messages and focus time. That is Slack marketing, not Anthropic help. The help center still says Slack works with limits.

  • Shopify

Shopify’s launch-day post says Shopify already connects, that you can design a store in chat, and that you can use Claude Duet to stay on top of performance. That is Shopify’s post, not an Anthropic help page.

  • Stripe

Stripe’s post says you can make purchases with Link. The same post mentions Stripe MCP for refunds and trends. That MCP line is Stripe’s claim about Stripe’s MCP. This page does not treat it as Link checkout, and it does not treat the Stripe connector as Link.

  • Airtable

This is Airtable’s own post. Anthropic’s help center does not name Airtable in the “such as” examples. This page does not add Airtable to that list, and there is no Airtable case here.

Safety, privacy, and security

On 23 October 2026 Anthropic published an article on Claude Duet safety, privacy, and security. The @claudeai account posted about it the same day. Read those for how Anthropic describes credentials and approvals. This page does not restate that article as a how-to.
